Extremely bad service

Never in my life have I been so disrespected by a sales agent who got me making payment last week Monday and promised I would be connected by Wednesday last week. I’m a new customer and I made it clear I was working on a big project that needed connection but she ended up not taking my calls, I lost out on a big contact as I’m running a non profit organization in Soweto and when I advised that I was going to report her she sent me a text that until I know how to speak to her she will never assist me. I am so disappointed in your service it’s very clear to your sales agents it’s all about making sales they don’t care about delivering and giving customer satisfaction. I need my refund and I’ve been telling this agent but she still is ignoring me.
