Extremely Bad Service

What an extremely bad service I have received and Even today no one is actually willing to assist or take responsibility. On the 28 May i paid my account which I normally pay on the 29 every month. This time I thought let me pay early to avoid suspension first the pay, I did not know I was shooting myself on the foot. I have been calling them, since yesterday the 29th even today the 30th but still nothing, except being sent from pillar to post. Several WhatsUp messages, I made several calls and Even sent emails to accounts department but no help
