EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! I am very disappointed with vuma service,I had ordered a new wifi and the agent made the order and I paid but when they supposed to come and install my router it's story after story. The britelink installation guys are now telling me it's impossible but I had already paid,please fix this or just refund me. I am so angry!
