Extreme unhelpful responses from Vumatel and MWeb

Tried to contact Vumatel yesterday which proved difficult with endless holding on. Got through to be immediately told the problem with connectivity was with Mweb. Phoned and held on endlessly for Mweb only to be told the problem IS with Vumatel. Apparently Vumatel doesn't want customets to waste their time! Why could Mweb identify the problem? Seperate review of Mweb to follow. Took hourrs to get hold of Mweb and the response on their Chat option was in the vicinity of 4 hours. I had given up with that. Now I have a ref but no ETA.
