Extra charge for vumatel installation

I'm truly disappointed in Vuma... They came to my house to install then I was told about how they charge an extra R25 per meter for digging, and for the meter... Something that wasn't disclosed while I was on the phone with them. I've asked around the households that also have vuma and none of them have paid an extra fee. I don't know what to make of this... They even told us to dig for ourselves if we don't have money... The total extra amount came to R625... I'm truly disappointed.
