Exposed Cabling

After installing my line in October and having sent numerous emails, complaints and requests, Even spoke to Shaun and had his empty promise to cover the exposed fibre, to date nothing has been done. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional team ever before. Shaun will talk and talk but never does what he is supposed to do. His team was at my house with the plastic covering for the cable and Shaun refused to allow them to install it on the day they were there stating a job card had to be issued first. it has been 3 months and the job card must be lost in space!
