Expensive Rates of VUMA TEL

I am hoping anyone who reads participate on this:

Vuma Tel rates are very monopolistic. I compared all their rates under Vodacom Fibre and MWeb and other Internet Service Providers.

Some years ago, ICASA listened to outcry over high data rates of the likes of Vodacom and they implemented legislation instruct it to reduce their prices and their policy of loss of data if not used.

Now Vuma Tel is behaving exactly like Vodacom before ICASA acted on it.

Just do yourself a favour: Try to compare the prices of Vuma Tel to the prices of OpenServ and you will be shocked.

The reason why ICASA must look into this is because once your residential complex installed say, Vuma Tel, OpenServ cannot be installed and the residential complex has dual fiber installations.

This means that, the residents of the residential complex are at the mercy of Vuma Tel and their high prices.

If ICASA saw a need to intervene for Vodacom, I also do see why Vuma Tel issue of high rates is any different.

We seek intervention from ICASA.
