Exemplary customer service!

What an awesome experience working with Vumatel as a customer of theirs. From the trenching stages to the after sales. The trenching did not come without issues which is normal but they spared no effort in rectifying any issues. And after the installation was done, they went out of their way to assist me in troubleshooting a connection issue which turned out to be a simple faulty cable on my side - however they did not hesitate in sending a tech after hours in multiple occasions, replacing their equipment and senior management calling me personally time and time again to see if I am OK.

Its such a breath of fresh air. Service in this country has almost completely gone down the drain but Vumatel is one of the few exceptions. What an awesome experience...these guys truly are different and I dealt with multiple members in the team and they all displayed the same level of excellent and selfless customer service!
