Excuses and poor service

We have been waiting for a call to schedule an installation from vumatel for over a week they keep saying it's been escalated even after giving them 4 numbers to contact it's highly impossible for all 4 numbers to not be working we only received one email from vumatel and it's contents had nothing to do with scheduling an installation even webafrica isn't much help either
