Exceptionally poor service.

Exceptionally poor. Was connected for Fibre on 10 April and they have not activated to date. Several calls and live chats later - which takes ages - when the do actually respond and we are still left with no Wifi. The costs are high, and they take advantage as they have monopoly in the industry.
