I'm very impressed with the professionalism and swiftness of Vumatel. Due to renovations I had a cable break and logged a call with my ISP, they immediately logged a ticket with Vumatel who made contact with me within minutes to establish my availability in order for a technician to be sent out. Technician worked efficiently and was knowledgeable and the contact center agent was polite and professional. Fantastic experience with brilliant customer service. Keep up the great work.
