Excellent Service on a Sunday

My Fibre connection went down late Saturday night, I contacted the Vumatel contact centre at 7:30 on Sunday morning, by 9:00 o'clock a technicians had arrived, and within a very short period of time, the connection was fully restored. the technicians were extremely pleasant and professional. Excellent service all round.
