Excellent service

Vumatel, Web Africa is one of the most efficient service providers. We had a major issue in the area since 4.30 yesterday which was sorted abt 1/2 ago. It may seem like a long time, but believe u me I've been with other service providers and I can tell you that vumatel is tops. There is a what's app chat line which is also very efficient. Yesterday there was a bit of a delay and I guess it was because the entire area was trying to log calls. I've had vumatel for over 2 years now n only experienced issues twice and the first being just after installation which was expected with teething issues. Other service providers tell you with 24 hours and after the 24 hours you call again and you are yet again told another 24 hours. I had experienced dissatisfaction with my previous service provider literally on a monthly basis. Keep up the great work vumatel
