I had a query which was unresolved, whereby I paid for WIFI and never had a connection for the whole week and no one was able to assist me until my query was escalated to her. Her knowledge and remarkable problem-solving abilities are rare indeed. If the quality of a company's employees is an indication of future success, then Lungile has a very bright future.
