Excellent service

I would like to give a big thank you to Grace Molale from Customer experience department. For her excellent service and good heart, she has been absolutely amazing and wonderful to work with. I'm a new customer who wanted to cancel because of bad service from web africa and Grace assisted me and I found a reason to continue with Vuma. I swear if it wasn't for her I would of canceled. I just want to say thank you to her and keep up the good work I hope Vumatel see's what an asset you are to the company.
