Excellent service

I app**** for Vuma servces through SADV, it was quite a husstle and a long wait, finally after 2 weeks of paying and with no assistance, i drove to Brynston to Vuma offices. First beautiful welcoming offices receptionist very nice. 2 Ladies where called to assist me, Millicent and Wisani, i must say these 2 ladies called us into their boadroom and gave an excellent service explained all procedures where it start to where it ends, patient kind and in between the calls coming through and emials Wisani was busy with because she did come down to us wth her laptop, they managed to get us sorted, i went there very upset with the up and down calls ive been making and the waiting, but from their welcome to me leaving was the best time customer service ive had since me registering.

They promised before Friday i will be sorted, even after i had left, i would call to enquire and i will get two or more call backs from them to assist.

I was losing hope on customer care by this service provider, not knowing they are actually even the middle man, they gave me confident and assusred me they are doing their jobs.

I just wanted them to be recognised for their job well done, as i am stting in my home and its Friday my installation is fine as they promised.
