Excellent Customer service

While struggling to get hold of my ISP to find out why I don't have connection, I got a message from Knowledge Mabena enquiring if I'm aware of my internet connection being down. I couldn't get hold of my ISP for over an hour. He advised me that he will be assisting me and within 30minutes my connection was back up. I am truly grateful for the excellent efficient service provided by Knowledge during this time. Keep up your good work!!!
