Every week my Line is down!! The worst fibre company ever

I have periodic moments of my Line going down. This is becoming an regular event on my calendar. I am tired of having to chase Vumatel to fix my Line every week. Plus they keep sending me messages about the once fee which I have paid months ago!! You guys had the best idea but the worst execution ever.. I need my Line for work. I am losing money every time my system is down. Please vumatel get your house in order..
