Even worse than telkom, installed line doesn't work and support is impossible.
<p>I had a vumatel line installed, the line never worked. I've logged calls with Vumatel on both the installation and support sides as well as trying to phone the number which the installer left which is never answered. It takes 5-10 minutes to get through to an agent when I call and then they say that they will ask on their whatsapp group if someone can help me and then no one comes. REALLY? don't you have some sort of scheduling system? I was promised that someone would come out on thursday and then friday and again this morning and no one has been, the problem persists and no one has called to schedule an appointment. useless. ***</p>

I sent details to the email address provided. This morning Vox called since I logged the original fault through vox and they are also following up. They had been in contact with Vuma and told me that Vuma committed to fixing the issue at 14:30 today. Same story as the previous 3 days. Nobody came.
Thats 4 days in a row that I've been told that someone will come and no one does and the problem persists. Also, no one bothers to call and let me know that they won't be coming or schedule another appointment.
