****en ******s refuse to take responsibility

I am sick and tired of being patronized by this ****en ****** fools. Since when is a day five whole ****** ****en days? When I try to reach out my am being treated like some uneducated fool, simply because I'm black and poor. I know for a fact that if I was white or rich all this would have been resolved a long time ago. But because I am black, I am being given a run around. Because I don't understand, what is there to be investigated because the matter is simple. Your people ****ed up and as a result caused me a lot of money. And how how is an investigation done without even contacting the affected party? It was just said to the stupid black person because they don't know anything and they don't deserve to be respected or taken seriously. The fact still remains I want my money paid back in full. I was promised a call back on the 25th August and today is September still no call back.. When will the stupid process of the so called investigation be done? I need this process done as in yesterday. I don't have to be reminded that I am black and poor, I know that all I need you ******s to do is pay me what is due to me. Take responsibility for your actions and pay me what is due to me and stop turning this matter into a race issue. And claiming that I was called and my phone goes to voice mail cause I have provided you people with 3 different numbers and an email address. If you were really serious about resolving this matter you would have even came to my house. Why don't you people want to provide me with the direct contact details of the person dealing with this?
