Empty promises from Vumatel

<p> Vumatel installed fibre in our neighbourhood and told us that they would restore everything where they worked to the state/condition that it was, before they started. This was not the case for me. They dug up my driveway paving which had bricks with cement grouting between the bricks and only re-stacked the bricks and placed sand around the bricks when they finished. This is not the way it was. The bricks are moving when you drive over them (in order to gain entrance intro my property from the street) and are breaking now as a result. I have been contacting the Vumatel contractors, as well as Vumatel and receive nothing but empty promises from them. Several people from the Vumatel contractors and Vumatel have come to inspect the repais and concluded that the repairs were sub-standard, but no action is taken. I was later directed to a Vumatel employee by the name of Tholo (Contact no: ********** 135) who has also just been making empty promises to me with promised rectification dates coming and going. The last promise he made was that my paving would be repaired by the end of October 2016. Today is Tuesday 08 November and still no repair has been made to my paving. When will Vumatel repair my paving, which was poorly repaired more than 2 months ago?</p>
