Empty Promises
In September Vuma's big shots visited our area(Roodepoort) and promised installation and live before Christmas. BIG PROMISES, ALL LIES. Everytime I ask when the system will go live it is said, end November, Mid January, End January, I've asked again and waiting for an answer, usually 2 days later only.
If this is how Vuma does business now I'm dreadding sighning up with them.

Kindly note that your area is now live, kindly place your order and then you will be booked for an installation.) Today is the 22 and still not live, WHAT IS WRONG WITH VUMA, CANT YOU DO PROPER COMMUNICATION????? ARE YOU SCARED TO BE HONEST WITH THE PUBLIC????
