Efficient Customer Service

Big shout out to technicians who really went the extra mile to assist us with our internet connection in Johannesburg south. There was a problem in the line and they assessed and repaired within 24 hours! Only criticism I have is the back office admin did not know much on times or whereabouts of their staff but otherwise very appreciative of the technicians who went the extra mile to get us back up and running!! Thanks guys.
