I have ordered fiber to be installed at my place, inconsistency of their guy by the name of Nkosi confirming my address incorrectly twice in 2 weeks. I am still waiting for them to install. Got my neighbors who paid way after me but they have already installed at their house. I have Nemours emails and also spoke to Supersonic team of which I also find them useless as I have a trail of WhatsApp messages trying to get help from them.
