No internet. No communication. No available helpline. No customer service. No email response. They are like a company that doesn't exist after you sign up. I haven't had internet in 8 days. Sent about 5 emails to get in touch with someone to find out what the issue is. I have spent the entire week working researching ways to get in touch and no luck. I cannot work, my kids are on holiday without internet and we just have to sit around and wait for signal because nobody gives a damn to tell us what is going on.
