I regret ever choosing Vumatel, it's a nightmare honestly, 7 days with internet and all I get is my case has been resolved but no network. I work remotely and buy data daily! I'm so ****ed right now.

Please get in touch with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to report the issue as they will need to do first-line checks on their end. If the problem is on the fibre line, they will log a ticket for you with us. The Vumatel ticket will start with 009, and you will receive it via email.
