If you love DRAMA then join Vuma. 72 hours turns into weeks of waiting just for installation. VUMA take much they cannot chew..bad service

16 Sept 2026, 13:29The installation team informed me that they would arrive at 11:45, but they only arrived approximately 6 hours later. Is this acceptable?
I was also under the impression that the installation was supposed to be completed within 72 hours, yet I have now been waiting for four weeks for the installation to be completed.
What is more concerning is that the communication makes it sound as though I am the one causing a problem or preventing the installation from taking place, which is not the case. I have been available and cooperative throughout the process.
