Downtime of Vumatel

Good morning I would like to complain about Vuma which has been at Vosloorus at extension 5 which has been down since from yesterday at 8 . This is unacceptable as we are working from home and we are paying R400 a month. I am therefore Vumatel to reimburse us for the day lost on connectivity as we end up buying data
