Don’t wanna take my order

Good day I have been wanting help from vumatel for 2 months. So they installed the poles but where am staying there is no pole so I called some of the workers there and they tried to help but they only tell me that They can’t find the house address it’s been months now calling them and they don’t wanna help the last person I spoke to ended up not reply me so I don’t know if y’all can help me because I do want the fibre in my house
