Don't use Vumatel or Vox!! They are absolutely ******* and pathetic!!

Where do I even begin... So I've recently moved. Upon moving I tried to set up Fibre internet using Vox. In so doing I come in contact with with their sales rep, Ayrton. To say he's stupid is an understatement. I need advice based on my current set up, all he can tell me is here is our deals and have a look. Further on from him, you get me not having a rates paper because I just moved and he telling me, without it I csnt get internet. I send a lawyers letter stating where I live. Vox, declines it. How stupid can you be? It's a lawyers letter stating where I live! A ****ing lawyers letter. Then telling me to go the commissioner of oaths to verify where I live. Never in my life have I heard such ****. Luckily I get a rates paper and I can send it through... But oh no just wait... Then the sales rep doesn't send it in for two weeks. He "forgets". Putting me two weeks behind. Then when I do check in with him, he lies and says he's waiting for it to be Rica'd. I call in and find he never handed it in. He handed it in on the day I called him to find out how long this is going to take. Then Vos has the audacity to ask me for my payment information. For what? Do you want to know my payment information, if you've done nothing on your end? No technician has come out at this point. No sales rep doing his job. You call in to complain, they say send an email, they don't even have a person who you can deal with to talk to about this issue, but you want my payment information for a job that you didn't even begin to do. Then two weeks later a technician comes out to I stall a router. The fool walks in, sees the box takes out a broken power cable out of the box and tells us, this needs to be fixed. Sorry I csnt help you Call Vumatel. I call Vox, I call Vumatel... To this day. No technician has been back. Bear in mind this started on th first week in Feb and it has continued right into May. 3 months and I can't get Vumatel to come out and fix their box. Vox wants money for nothing being done for my internet. And the sales rep that is utterly pathetic in every regard has since a shut up. So for sales service Vox is pathetic. For installation, vox and vumatel is pathetic. In fact... I get two numbers to call their bosses and they don't even answer... 7 calls later to both of them. No answer... Then Vox calls on Saturday, can we come around today? Are you ****ing joking? Isn't someone home today? You make me wait for 3 months and now I must be available for you immediately??? These people are disgusting They have no customer service. No sales service. No boss even answers you. They have no customer care whatsoever. Disgusting is not even the word... Pathetic, vile and filth accurately describes this company. I'm more than unhappy. Their name is just filthy.
