DONT USE VUMATEL IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE.

I have had a horrible experience with Vumatel. I have been bouncing between it and Cell C for 24 days now with each blaming the other. Each day that my issue is not resolved, Vumatel add one more piece to the puzzle of why the issue is not being addressed and surprise! It is never their fault, always the ISP's fault but they dont say upfront what they require. It is always a new thing. I have been posting about my experience with Cell C, and I just realised that without Vumatel waking up - they are equally part of the problem. Vumatel, you should be ashamed!
