Don't use vumatel and telkom combo

I got fibre installed by vumatel and using telkom as a ISP, I've been trying to get an issue resolved between vumatel and telkom where I'm only getting 4mbps download speed on a 20mbps package. Vumatel says it's telkom and telkom says it's vumatel with no resolution on in sight. Both companies are so useless at the same time that I'm beginning to think they're the same company, I would not recommend either and I'm going back to LTE
