Dont use VUMA/ VUMATEL

Good day I am writing AGAIN for the second time. Vuma / Vumatel installed fibre at our house last year August. They burst a water pipe, no one informed us. I havent contacted them numerous times to refund the money i had to pay for the repairs. After my hello Peter complaint towards the end of last year they called and said it will be sorted. Today is the 25 February 2019, 6 months later and still no reply or no refund. This is absolute disgusting customer service, i will NEVER recommend them.
