Had fibre installed 2 weeks ago, my ISP is waiting on an Object code from Vumatel which they have still not supp****. We have called numerous times to find out why our line is still down and an ETA on when we can expect it to be operational however we still have no progress and empty promises. Seems like they are just beating around the bush and are of no help....
