Don't trust Vumatel!
Vumatel unable to resolve Fibre line issue with Vodacom. Sales Order cancelled and client expected to resolve. Still no Fibre after maintenance staff came to replace line and reported a splicing problem on the 18th May. Still waiting for maintenance to arrive. Incompetence in the part if Vumatel and Vodacom!

28 May 2020, 14:04After 2 and a half weeks, Vumatel is still unable to assist me in getting my Fibre problem resolved. Phoned on the 27th May to confirm an appointmen for 11h30 28th May. Of course no one arrived because the appointment was not actually lodged... incompetence in Vodacom and Vumatel. DON'T USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!
