Don’t subscribe to Vuma- Failure to change bank details

The is money in my account and my account hasn’t been debited, reason being “not sufficient funds”. But the money is there. I also want to change bank details and have been put on hold for 2 days now. You’ll wait a whole hour to chat to an agent. I’d never recommend Vuma to anyone
