Don't sign up to Vumatel fiber, they take your money and do not supply you with WIFI. and to resolve issues it takes them 8 working days.

Terrible, Terrible customer service. My connection was cut off last month in April because they could not allocate the payment that I had made to them, this was resolved in about 3 days, I make payment again in May but same situation, were I am cut off again because they cant allocate my payment. It's been two weeks now of me calling the ISP (Homeconnect) and Vuma directly, I am being told that they are escalating the matter to each other but no resolution at all. They were migrating their systems and this resulted in this issue, i was told by one of the consultants I spoke to. Their turn around time is 8 days, 8 working days, and they think this is an acceptable SLA, what a mess.
