DONT MAKE USE OF VUMATEL

The worst customer experience and after sales service I have ever received. My internet has been down since Saturday, with no warning nor notification. I made contact with my hosting company by Afrihost who was absolutely brilliant at responding how everything they issues can't be resolved with them the matter has been logged and escalated to them twice, I was not able to work due to me not being to access the internet, I upgraded twice in two months because my bandwidth keeps dropping at night so bad I'm unable to work so I've upgraded, now this. The absolute worst thing no one knows what's going on and I keep being told it's escalated to tier 2 I don't even know what that is. DONT GO WITH VUMA/VUMATEL! THEY CHEAP FOR A REASON, YOU AS THE CUSTOMER DOESN'T MATTER ONCE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY
