Dont install vumatel fibre,they are *******

I have made payment for fibre at shoprite easy pay on the 30th of April,I have contacted them numerous times and I haven't recieved a response,after 3 months I recieve an email and sms that my line has been ordered and I must give them 7 to 14 days to install the fibre,today is the 16th of August fibre hasn't been installed,it takes them months to sort out queries, thus company seems like born *******, I have complained many times on hello Peter and I havent even recieved a phone call, the response I get in hello Peter is to contact them,and waste my time as there agents are rude and are unhelpful,Vumatel catch a wake and stop *****ing our money ,this is the reference number "Welcome to SuperSonic CRM:***" that was emailed to me,and stop giving me stories, if yourll can't install fibre give me my money.
