Don’t go with Vuma

The technicians rock up without phoning and then I’m not home.

When they do come the problem doesn’t get sorted. Five days later and my WiFi is still not working.

No one phoned to give me feedback or tell me what’s happening or why my WiFi isn’t working.

Constantly loose signal and when I do have signal it’s only working at 0.3mbpm

I’m so unhappy! Shocking service
