Don't get Fibre with Vumatel

I have had the WORST service between Afrihost and Vumatel. I requested a fibre line almost a MONTH AGO and till now I'm not connected!!

I have logged multiple tickets for the issue to be resolved and tickets either get closed without anyone attending to them, or they do send someone to attend but then my Fibre ***** goes down again the very next day and it takes DAYS to fix it again.

Based on my current experience I would kit recommend anyone to sign up with either Afrihost or Vumatel. Both their contact centres have sent me from pillar to post and my issue never gets permanently resolved. They even installed my fiber line at the wrong house once.

I've been very frustrated and till this day I am unable to meet my work commitments!!

These are all the tickets logged and more than 3 weeks without internet without being able to work!! NO ONE has taken the responsibility to get my connection up!!

To make matters worse... They are happy to send me invoices which I paid, and I'm still not connected!! WHAT AM I PAYING FOR EXACTLY!!??
