Don't get Fibre from Vumatel

Vumatel is bad service provider its been for 4 days now without internet. We have been busy login call with TELKOM and they tell us everything fine on they side the problem is with Vumatel we cannot even contact them directly because customer Centre is not operational what kind of business is this,
