Don't get Fibre from Vumatel

I've had Fibre issues for the longest time. Each time my connection keeps saying no internet connection. It usually happens during the weekend. Why do you switch off the internet access on weekends? Vumatel came to "fix" this issue. It worked for a few days and now back to square one. This is really annoying as I have to work but cannot cause of no connection. I called Vodacom and they say they can see that my connection is disconnected but cannot help me immediately as they have to escalate to a technician. Vumatel what is going on? Why do your technicians not fix things properly? Hardly a few days and no connection again.
