Don’t choose Vumatel - disgusting service

The most ********** customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been without internet for 12 days. Technicians first couldn’t find the fibre box, then dug up the paving and still couldn’t find it (it’s there). I was advised they would return the next day with a supervisor. (They didn’t show up)

Got a call advising that fibre line has snapped and next installation date is 18/04 (5 days later). The technician shows up on the 17th when I’m at work and refuses to wait for me to leave work and let him in my residence (I work 10min away). No technician shows up on the 18th (install date) or the 19th or the 20th. Countless tickets logged with Vox, an escalation from Vumatel as well and a call with a Vox manager and still nothing.

We even have an email advising technicians have been dispatched and still no one showed up. The technician that arrived on the 17th also does t answer our calls.

***********, negligence, useless company with refusal of service. Save your time and money and choose another company.
