Dont care about their clients

Hi have been with Afrihost and Vumatel for years and now that I moved houses I did a transfer, well I requested it. There is already a fibre line at my new place. Afrihost has been trying like crazy to sort this out but clearly Vumatel does not care about my business!!! They ignore all the requests from Afrihost and I still have no active line. If I do not receive a response and have my line active in 48 hours I will take this further and to the media. This service you give reminds me of the old Telkom. You make a fortune but then you give this kind of service! It is unacceptable.
