I made a payment on the 31st of December I sent you guys the proof of payment your customer care people told me my activation is pending its the 6th of January and I still have no internet connection, I've reached out on whatsapp, your call center, Social Media and even emailed you but you don't care about your customers so you don't respond, if you won't reactivate please refund me and cancel your services.
