does vumatel have a manager??? or just idiots from bottom to top?

so i had another visit from 2 clueless individuals from vumatel. no.... they were not briefed on the previous 3 visits that took up about 5 hours of my time. so off they go... no internet connection despite their best mediocre efforts. yet the ticket is once again closed as resolved. what is going on here???? does vumatel mamagement know about all these useless individuals in their employ? i am about to take out a contract with another service provider... bit guess what a hole tell is also their cable guy. i am going to enjoy this....
