Do not Use Vumatel or Supersonic... Bad Service

The worst Customer Service ever received from the Call Centre of Supersonic. Consultant by the name of Laura. Kept me on hold for 30mins just to speak to a Manager and then only to find out she had left her work station to go Home. How Frustrating. People I urge you dont use Vumatel. They come out quickly to install and take their money on time but can not come out to help solve connection issues. Its been way more than 48 hours and no one has made contact with me Im so disappointed in this bad service. Switching to a new provider in the new Month...
