DO NOT USE VUMATEL OR ISP AXXESS - YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Vumatel supp**** by ISP Axxess are probably the worst, most frustrating companies in South Africa to engage with right now. I regret ever contracting these companies. Not only do they not have the skills to deal with clients but they do not have the knowledge or expertise to keep their product up and running. For 24 days in a row now I have had intermittent connectivity. Neither company knows what is wrong! Neither company can assist in telling me what is wrong. Neither company seems to even care. The standard answer is, "Log a fault and we will deal with it". When they do revert , their efforts to fix the fault are standard trial and error solutions which are not effective. I have been extremely patient but am exasperated. No internet, no business! No one cares and no one returns my request for someone to call me back to advise what is wrong or when it will be fixed. DO NOT EVER USE VUMATEL OR AXXESS YOUR WILL REGRET IT!
