Do not use Vumatel or Axxess

I changed from Open Serve to Vumatel believing that Vumatel were a reputable company. How wrong I have been. The line was installed on Monday 31 October at 10am. Today, 2 October and I still do not have a live line. Trying to talk to Vumatel or the ISP ,Axxess, is a joke. No one answers the phone and if they do they can only tell you that they have logged the call. No information forth comming and or indication of when the line will go live.
